Eric's Expertise

Eric brings over 25 years of private equity, venture capital and investment banking experience. In his role, he sits on the firm’s investment committee and is responsible for sourcing and executing deals, conducting due diligence and leading portfolio management and value creation strategies. Eric also serves as board director for three platform companies, Sorenson—the leading U.S. communications provider for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing, CQ Fluency—a healthcare translation and communication solutions provider and My Code—a leading multicultural media and marketing services firm. Previously, he was a senior managing director at APC Holdings, LLC and a managing director at Trivergance, an independent sponsor that acquired businesses in partnership with blue-chip investment firms and built businesses in partnership with Fortune 500 companies. He also worked at Halyard on a variety of transaction types including growth investments, leveraged buyouts, structured equity, and debt restructurings. Eric began his career at JPMorgan Chase in the consumer/retail investment banking group. He received a BS in finance with a minor in economics from Pennsylvania State University.
