Eric's Expertise

Eric brings over 25 years of private equity, venture capital and investment banking experience. In his role, Eric is responsible for sourcing and executing deals, conducting due diligence and leading portfolio management and value creation strategies. Eric also serves as board director for two platform companies, CQ Fluency, a healthcare translation and communication solutions provider and My Code—a leading multicultural media and marketing services firm. Previously, he was a senior managing director at APC Holdings, LLC and a managing director at Trivergance, an independent sponsor that executed over $3 billion in transactions and built businesses in partnership with Fortune 500 companies. He also worked at Halyard on a variety of transaction types including growth investments, leveraged buyouts, structured equity, and debt restructurings. Eric began his career at JPMorgan Chase in the consumer/retail investment banking group. He received a BS in finance with a minor in economics from Pennsylvania State University.
