Nancy's Expertise

Nancy is Ariel’s Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, organizational development, change management and employee engagement. She is also a member of the firm’s Operating Committee.

Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Nancy spent over 25 years in human resources (HR), partnering with executive leadership teams to align human capital initiatives and strategies to business priorities, maximize talent, and foster cultures of collaboration and continuous improvement. Before Ariel, Nancy was the Managing Director and Head of HR Operations at Andersen (2005 – 2023), Senior HR Manager at PwC (2002 – 2005) and HR Operations Manager at Arthur Andersen (1998 – 2002).

Nancy graduated with a BS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at University of California – Berkeley. She also holds a SHRM-SCP ® certification. Nancy is on the Board of Trustees at Marymount High School, a private all-girls high school in Southern California, where she serves on the DEI, Legal and Reputational Risk, and Audit Committees.
