Michael's Expertise

Michael oversees deal sourcing and execution, due diligence, portfolio management, and identifies value creation opportunities. Previously, he was a senior investment professional at The Carlyle Group’s flagship Americas private equity fund, where he was honored as the 2016 Toigo Private Equity MBA Fellow. Michael began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focusing on principal investments and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, he has served as a corporate board director across various sectors and is a frequent guest lecturer at Columbia Business School as well as a speaker at numerous industry events. Michael holds a BS in finance from The Carroll School of Management at Boston College with a minor in studio art. He also earned his MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was a Private Equity Fellow.
