Erica's Expertise

Erica supports the investment team with deal sourcing and execution, due diligence, portfolio management and investment value creation. Before Ariel, Erica worked for The Carlyle Group, where she held roles in portfolio management and corporate development. She started her career helping manage the firm’s financial services and long-dated strategy funds. During her time in corporate development, she was responsible for helping develop and execute Carlyle’s inorganic and organic growth strategy, launch new investment products and diligence potential acquisitions. Outside of Ariel, Erica is on the James Madison University College of Business board of advisors and volunteers with the Ole School mentorship program. Erica received her BBA in finance with minors in Spanish and Chinese from James Madison University.
