Marvin's Expertise

As Controller, Marvin leads and oversees financial reporting and accounting, tax, external audits, and treasury management for Ariel Alternatives and Project Black, LP, its side-by-side co-investment entities and all other special purpose vehicles. Prior to Ariel, Marvin held similar positions with Portfolio Advisors, LLC, JPMorgan Chase, Visium Asset Management LLC, and Quadrangle Group LLC. He began his career as an auditor within the financial services industry of Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Marvin received a BS in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Connecticut.
