Mallet's Expertise

Mallet supports the investment team in evaluating new opportunities and managing existing portfolio companies. Before Ariel, he was a private equity senior associate at Kohlberg & Company, where he worked on new deals, conducted industry research, assisted with due diligence and engaged with portfolio company management in finance and business strategy development. Before joining Kohlberg & Company, Mallet was a private equity associate at Thomas H. Lee Partners and an investment banking analyst at UBS. He received a BA in economics and mechanical engineering from Yale University.
