Arielle's Expertise
Arielle joined Ariel Investments in 2020 and sits on the firm’s Operating Committee and Executive Leadership Team. She leads an integrated team that handles media relations, government affairs, philanthropy, internal communications, corporate and executive leadership communications, branding, and marketing. She represents Ariel on the Investment Company Institute (ICI) Public Communications Committee and is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).
Prior to Ariel, Arielle worked for Edelman, the world’s largest communications consulting firm. There, she served as Executive Vice President & Transaction Director in the Financial Communications & Capital Markets practice. She formerly held a variety of positions at global PR firm Weber Shandwick, a subsidiary of IPG, within its Financial Communications, Crisis Communications & Issues Management, and Corporate Reputation Management practices.
In her spare time, she sits on the Board of Trustees of her alma mater, The Chapin School; the Board of Directors of Yellowstone National Park’s foundation; the Board of Trustees of the Institute for Public Relations; and the Board of Directors of The Harbor Sciences & Arts Charter School. Arielle graduated with an AB in Classics from Princeton University.
